How likely am I to recommend Laura Henrikson? Totally Likely! I have already done so to everyone I know even if they are not looking to buy or sell a home at the moment. She's that great! This was my 16th rodeo; and trust me, I've worked with some other really good realtors, but Laura is in a class of her own. She commits herself entirely to you in all aspects of preparing you to list, actually listing/staging, selling, negotiating, and closing. She has a list of reputable companies who can help you clean, paint, pack, or whatever you need to make the work of moving more manageable. In fact, she worked with us a year ago to get our house ready to sell, but things changed and we couldn't list that time. Then when we were ready, she jumped right in and got our home sold in record time! She even held open houses almost every weekend during the pandemic!
